C A N C E L L A T I O N S

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we have a 24 hour notice policy. We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointments or last minute cancellation.

P U N C T U A L I T Y

Please be courteous when booking appointments as our service providers work within specific time frames. Failing to arrive in a timely manner could result in receiving a shortened service or rescheduling the appointment.

R E P E A T O F F E N D E R S

Clients who consistently cancel within 24 hours or no show appointments will only be able to make appointments on day of basis or prepay for any future appointments.

W A X I N G R U L E

Revive strives to always get the best results in our waxing. Please ensure that hair growth has been at least 4 weeks long.

BOOKING POLICY

A card on file is required at time of booking for ALL appointments here at ReVive!
Some of our service may require a partial deposit & documentation prior to booking.
A 3% charge will be added when ever paying with card at our location.
